Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking a senior Vice President to lead fund administration for Real Assets/Real Estate Funds or Hedge Funds. You will oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and client delivery while mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires at least 8+ years in financial services, a professional accounting qualification, and strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, NAV, and fund platforms such as Yardi, MRI, or Investran. Hybrid setup in Makati/Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA) required for Real Assets roles.
• 8+ years of experience in financial services, fund accounting, or high-volume financial operations.
• Experience in Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Real Assets, Private Equity, or Asset Management preferred.
• 6+ years of supervisory or people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of fund accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP/IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with fund accounting platforms such as Yardi, MRI, Investran or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting and reporting for Real Assets/Real Estate or Hedge Fund structures.
• Review NAV calculations, financial statements, working papers, reconciliations, and fund reports.
• Oversee capital activity, investor allocations, fees, distributions and related transactions.
• Serve as senior client and internal stakeholder contact resolving issues.
• Manage audits, tax, regulatory, and year-end reporting requirements.
• Oversee new fund launches, client onboarding, migrations and transitions.
• Monitor KPIs, risk indicators, productivity and client deliverables.
• Lead, coach and develop accounting professionals, manage staffing and training.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver client requirements and escalate major issues.
