A global asset-servicing leader is seeking a Fund Administration professional in Makati, Philippines. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in private equity or hedge funds. Supervisory skills are essential as you'll manage a team while maintaining operational standards, preparing financial reports, and ensuring adherence to service agreements in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial services operations, preferably in private equity or hedge funds.
• 2+ years supervisory experience managing staff.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books, records, and calculate Net Asset Values.
• Prepare financial statements and associated reports.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio pricing.
• Work with clients to resolve issues.
