Job summary

JPMorganChase in the Philippines is seeking a Vice President in Reconciliations Utility to lead day-to-day reconciliations and accounting support, strengthen governance, and drive issue resolution.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate statements, adherence to CASS where applicable, and ongoing process improvements to reduce operational risk and support audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in reconciliations or related operations.
• Proven track record in reconciliations delivery and break management.
• Knowledge of CASS requirements relevant to reconciliations governance.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and control frameworks.
• Experience in risk and controls, including audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily reconciliations and accounting support activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee governance for reconciliations under CASS expectations, including evidence standards.
• Investigate, escalate, and remediate breaks and exceptions with root-cause analysis.
• Produce and review reconciliation metrics and control indicators with commentary.
• Collaborate across Risk, Compliance, Operations to implement policy changes.
