Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a Vice President to lead Cross-disciplinary Controls Governance & Oversight for Banking and International Risk. You will design and strengthen MCA/RCSA processes, drive control enhancements, and oversee regulatory exam management.

In this high-impact role, you will coordinate with senior stakeholders, ensure adherence to Citi policies, and guide transformation initiatives while managing multiple priorities and teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• Experience in Wholesale Credit Risk is preferred.
• Understanding of Citi’s Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of controls and effectiveness, identify improvements and implement changes.
• Drive controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain operations within Risk Appetite.
• Oversee MCA program and associated attestation and reporting.
• Collaborate on Audit Preparation and Regulatory Exam/Review management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
