Job summary

Citi Philippines is seeking a senior professional to support Cross-disciplinary Controls within the Controls Governance & Oversight space. The role covers assessment, MCA, QA, monitoring, and reporting to strengthen end-to-end oversight across the organization.

You will assess control effectiveness, drive enhancements, and assist in Enterprise Risk Management while liaising with senior management to ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge in the development and execution for controls.
• Understanding Citi Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help assess the effectiveness of existing controls, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.
• Help drive controls enhancements focused on increasing efficiency and reducing risk.
• Help assist in the execution of Enterprise Risk Management Framework and adherence with Risk Management and Compliance Policies.
• Contribute to the oversight of the MCA program, including attestation and reporting.
• Be involved in governance committees, coordinating meetings and follow-up on action items.
• Develop standardized risk and controls reporting for senior management and regulators.
