Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years in process reviews, risk and controls, or audit/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own design and implementation of controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risk.
• Document controls in the control inventory and ensure policy/regulatory alignment.
• Conduct independent reviews and monitor testing of control effectiveness.
• Identify emerging risks, escalate issues, and drive remediation through CAPs.
• Support audits and MCA requirements across multiple business lines.
• Collaborate to simplify and standardize processes for efficiency.
