Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Programme Coordinator to design and implement frameworks supporting volunteer officers.

You will coordinate activation processes, manage recruitment and onboarding, and organize engagement activities with emphasis on morale, cohesion and professional consultation. A Psychology degree and strong English skills are required; Home Team familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology required; good honours or higher preferred.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences advantageous.
• Familiarity with Home Team environment advantageous; good English skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and frameworks to support volunteer officers.
• Coordinate and facilitate volunteer activation processes.
• Manage recruitment, selection and panel interviews for volunteers.
• Facilitate onboarding of newly appointed volunteers.
• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities.
• Develop and enhance volunteer management frameworks.
• Support psychological first aid and morale management initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and enhancements of programme initiatives.
• Work closely with management to provide professional consultation.
• Support other victim care-related initiatives and departmental functions.
