Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks to enhance volunteer engagement and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and manage service activations and programme operations.
• Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• Conduct interviews and assessments for prospective volunteers.
• Organise engagement, appreciation, and networking events for volunteers.
• Develop, review, and enhance volunteer management policies and processes.
• Support community outreach and volunteer-led initiatives.
• Facilitate wellbeing and engagement programmes for volunteers and stakeholders.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Provide professional consultation and support on programme matters.
• Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives and strategic planning.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
