Ever Fit Holding Company Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design window displays and in-store merchandising across multiple Giordano shops in Cebu and nearby malls.

You will develop innovative concepts aligned with current market trends, create store guidelines, and ensure a high standard of visual excellence in every location. The role requires travel to Visayas locations and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Design window displays and in-store merchandising.

Job description

• Responsible for the overall design of window displays and in-store merchandising.

• Develop unconventional designs in line with market trends.

• Create guidelines that align with the store's concept.

• Ensure exceptional standards of visual excellence in each store.

• Execute visual merchandising (VM) guidelines for Giordano shops

• Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies that emphasize promotions and sales.

• Select, source, and obtain cost estimates for visual merchandising materials.

• Oversee the production and installation of interior/window posters with suppliers.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Visual Merchandising Officer.

• Monitor inventory of VM Department assets and paraphernalia necessary for shop visual improvements.

• Set up actual in-store and/or off-site displays in Ayala Center - CebuAyala , SM City J Mall, SM Seaside City Cebu, Pueblo Verde - Cebu, IL Corso - Filinvest Malls, SM City Bacolod, SM City Iloilo

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

• 2 - month assignment in Metro Manila

Experience:

• Proficient in design and graphic creative tools ( Sketchup, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Blender)

• Willing to travel to SM City Bacolod and SM City Iloilo

Hard and Soft Skills:

• Ability to think strategically and creatively

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

• Ability to produce under pressure

• Has exceptional organizational skills

• Must have proven conceptual skills

• Knowledge and experience working with an advertising agency or Design Bureau.
