Terranova is expanding its presence in the Philippines and seeks a dedicated Merchandiser for a store in Laguna. The role focuses on visual merchandising execution, stock management, and aligning display standards with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize sales and customer experience. Qualifications include proven visual merchandising experience (1 year as assistant), knowledge of fast fashion retail logic, and strong communication skills.

• Proven experience as a visual merchandiser, 1 year as assistant merchandiser.
• Knowledge of fast fashion retail concepts.
• Independent with strong communication and presentation skills.
• English proficiency at least Intermediate.

Due to the expansion, we are looking for a Merchandiser for one of our stores in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Organization and control of visual merchandising in the store;

Stock control;

Visual strategy planning and analysis;

Completing standards and objectives for different departments;

Support the Store Manager, ensuring the correct application of visual standards in the store.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a visual merchandiser, assistant merchandiser of 1 year;

Knowledge and application of fast fashion retail/clothing logics

Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill;

Leadership, delegation and control of the processes;

English starting from Intermediate.
