SM City Baliwag seeks a creative Visual Display Officer to lead the development and execution of engaging visual concepts that enhance the mall experience and strengthen the SM Supermalls brand. You will create, implement, and maintain cohesive design aesthetics across displays, décor, and installations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong background in visual merchandising, display design, space planning, and project management.
• Proficient in design and illustration software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD or other 3D rendering tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Amenable to flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and develop creative visual display ideas that support marketing campaigns, mall events, and brand objectives.
• Prepare design presentations, layouts, space plans, and visual renderings for mall projects and installations.
• Manage end-to-end execution of décor, props, signages, and display installations, including fabrication, ingress, and egress activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project implementation and workflow management.
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and budget utilization to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, pre-operating requirements, and special project expenditures.
• Oversee inventory, procurement, and maintenance of visual display materials, assets, and supplies.
• Ensure proper organization, documentation, and housekeeping of the Visual Display office, workshop, and storage areas.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and best practices to continuously improve the mall’s visual presentation.
