SM City Baliwag seeks a Visual Display and Design Officer to create, implement, and maintain mall design aesthetics under supervision. You will propose design solutions aligned with the brand, manage budgets, and ensure installations meet standards and timelines.

You will lead concept development, coordinate with departments, and supervise decor fabrication and asset management to support store performance and customer experience.

Formación

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, or any design related field.
• Proficient in drawing, space planning, and project management.
• Knowledge in drawing, illustration programs, or 3D rendering software.
• Amenable to flexible schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Generates ideas and develops concepts that reinforce the company’s brand image and objectives.
• Creates design solutions with high visual impact to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Ensures smooth AVID workflows and coordinates with other departments.
• Supervises fabrication, deployment, and decor collateral to standards.
• Prepares budgets for annual, mall openings, and special projects.
• Attends meetings and collaborates on upcoming projects and mall requirements.
• Manages fixed assets, materials, and supplies and oversees inventory.
