Job summary

SM Supermalls seeks a design-focused professional to oversee the overall design aesthetics of malls under supervision. You will provide design recommendations aligned with brand standards and manage display installations within budget.

You will lead creative concepts, manage production of visuals, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure branding and operational needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs that strengthen the company’s brand image, attract customers, and boost sales.
• Manage AVID and project execution by overseeing fabrication, installation, and maintenance of visual displays and marketing materials.
• Plan and control budgets for annual operations, special projects, and décor procurement to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks including documentation, asset management, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead and develop team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth and performance improvement.
