Job summary

SM City Baliwag seeks a Visual Display and Design Officer to create, implement, and maintain mall design aesthetics under supervision. You will propose design solutions aligned with the brand, manage budgets, and ensure installations meet standards and timelines.

You will lead concept development, coordinate with departments, and supervise decor fabrication and asset management to support store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, or any design related field.
• Proficient in drawing, space planning, and project management.
• Knowledge in drawing, illustration programs, or 3D rendering software.
• Amenable to flexible schedules.

Job Description

Position description:Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the malls underhis/her supervision. Provides design recommendations and solutions relevant to the mall’s operationalneeds and ensures that all display installations stay within budget and adhere to the standards & brandimage of the company

Primary Responsibilities

• Generates ideas and develops concepts that reinforcesthe company’s brand image and objectives.
• Creates design solutions that have high visual impactresulting to higher sales, encourage business partners toinvest, and increase customer foot traffic.
• Ensures smooth AVID workflow transactions includingcoordination with other departments, accuracy ofdetails and attachments, and task delegation.
• Supervises fabrication, deployment (ingress), andegress (if applicable) of décor, props, and othercollateral requirements. Ensures their timely completionand adherence to the company’s standards.
• Prepares budgets such as annual, mall opening’s preoperating, special projects and strategically allocatesresources based on company’s direction.
• Attends meetings and collaborates with otherdepartments on upcoming projects and mallrequirements.
• Facilitates the fixed assets, materials, and suppliesrequirement including ordering, inventory check, andreleasing.
• Supervises the proper housekeeping of the VisualDisplay office and workshop and ensures that thedécor, props, and fixed assets are stored anddocumented properly.
