Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Mall Design Specialist to maintain and elevate design standards across its growing portfolio of upscale retail centers. You will lead design reviews, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure projects meet quality, budget, and safety requirements.

You will oversee construction processes, monitor timelines, and manage facility maintenance programs to sustain a premier shopping environment for tenants and guests.

Qualifications

• Evidence of a design-focused role within large-scale retail environments.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams on design standards and approvals.
• Strong understanding of project management from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
