The role requires experience with agricultural products, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage key accounts while delivering on targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related field as required.
• Minimum 5 years regional experience in agriculture products.
• Resident of Visayas or local knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of crop protection products and active ingredients.
• Experience handling key accounts and partner identification.
• Independent, results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to train and lead a regional team toward KPIs.
• Strong client servicing and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategies and coach regional sales teams.
• Conduct market research and provide updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand regional accounts.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and collection efficiency.
• Consolidate regional performance and conduct business reviews with distributors and mega dealers.
• Consolidate and evaluate reports on regional progress (qualitative & quantitative).
