Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.
• Assist customer needs diligently.
• Seek new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, social media, partnerships, and fieldwork.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to address their concerns.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive presentations to clients on services offered.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reviews and reports.
• Participate in sales training programs initiated or requested by the company.
• Attend exhibits or conferences on behalf of the company for skill enhancement.
• Address customer complaints and suggest options or recourse to settle issues.
• Collaborate with team members and employees of other departments to achieve company goals.
