Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
• Moderate communication skills (English/Tagalog).
• Prompt in task execution and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of driving is a plus.
• Familiarity with social networking and social analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with visa specialist/sales to plan digital and traditional marketing collaterals.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, YouTube, and other media platforms.
• Develop a comprehensive brand guide reflecting the company's identity.
• Monitor and manage project budgets efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify audience needs for campaigns.
• Analyze past campaigns to identify strengths, weaknesses and improvements.
• Review campaign progress and propose new initiatives.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Attend exhibits or conferences for skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to achieve company goals.
