Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in visa processing or travel agency operations preferred.
• Knowledge of visa application procedures and documentation requirements is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients regarding visa application requirements, procedures, and timelines.
• Explain visa requirements and assist clients throughout the application process.
• Review, organize, and verify client documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with visa requirements.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or insufficient documents and coordinate with clients for completion or correction.
• Assist clients in preparing and compiling supporting documents to strengthen their visa applications.
• Prepare and review visa application forms and supporting documents before submission.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and other relevant parties when necessary.
• Monitor visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
• Assist clients with additional document requests or requirements during the visa processing period.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client applications and documents.
• Ensure all applications are handled professionally, confidentially, and within the required deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in visa requirements, procedures, and documentation guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients.
