Job summary

AIA Shared Services invites applications for a Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) to offer BPI AIA product solutions to target customers and prospective leads through a virtual sales process. About the Role

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) is responsible for offering BPI AIA's product solutions to target customers and prospective leads through a virtual end-to-end sales process system and ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs. Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI AIA products to target customers assigned to the Virtual Sales team, which may include BPI bank customers, existing BPI AIA policyholders and BPI AIA prospective leads from Digital and Direct Marketing acquisition initiatives. Partner with Virtual Sales Officer (VSO), for their cross-selling of life and health insurance. This includes but is not limited to: company and public caravans, and client calls. Establish and maintain professional relationships with the VSO, as well as the employees of client companies, VSHS (Virtual Store, Head Sales) and other branch staff they will be working with or assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business. Their span of professionalism should expand to the entire BPI AIA team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI. Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA as well as both BPI and AIA PH. Perform customer service and business conservation activities for their respective leads. Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims. Submit required reports on time. Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business. Report and meet weekly with Virtual Sales Team Leader for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters. Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of company business.
