Job summary

De Vore Recruiting is seeking a dedicated medical support professional to assist seniors in domiciliary and facility settings. The role emphasizes accurate patient check-in/out, chart reviews, and billing support while coordinating with providers and facilities across multiple sites.

Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm PST, five days a week. Remote work from the Philippines with US client exposure is expected, requiring strong English skills and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records and MS Office.
• Experience working with a US medical client preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out patients.
• Follow up with patients, family members, and facilities.
• Carry out Provider’s orders.
• Support the Provider during patient visits.
• Review patient charts prior to visits.
• Complete billing slips for the Provider.
• Support the clinical team as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks from Clinical Management Team.

Our medical practice offers quality medical care to seniors in their place of residence, particularly assisted living communities. We are committed to improving the quality and scope of medical care provided to the elderly population. We provide a broad scope of care, specializing in geriatrics, house calls, post-acute rehabilitation, wound care, palliative and hospice care, chronic disease management, and much more.

We see patients in the following locations: skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, independent/assisted living facilities, board and care facilities, and private homes.

PHRNs (welcome, but must have extensive and highly relevant Provider Support experience to qualify)

Job Responsibilities

• Check-in/out patients
• Follow up with the patients, family members, and facilities
• Carry out Provider’s orders
• Support the Provider during patient visits
• Review patient chart prior to the visit
• Complete billing slip for the Provider
• Support the clinical team as needed
• Miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Clinical Management Team

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 9:00am - 6:00pm PST,
