ROLE OVERVIEW
The Virtual Event Producer is responsible for the seamless execution of virtual small group meetings for high-profile clients. This role requires the administrative precision and high-level judgment combined with the active, real-time \"air traffic control\" necessary for small group moderation. You will manage the entire lifecycle of these intimate, high-stakes sessions, from strict gatekeeping and security to technical production and live moderation; ensuring the \"white-glove\" Evercall standard is maintained at every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meeting Moderation & Access Control

- Identify and troubleshoot unrecognized attendees immediately to maintain a secure environment for sensitive, confidential discussions.
- Formally welcome participants and introduce speakers or agendas with a polished, broadcast-ready tone.
Technical Production & Live Management
- Seamlessly screenshare slides, sizzle reels, or visual assets on behalf of the presenter without interruption.
- Monitor and facilitate Q&A sessions when applicable; proactively manage \"Mute/Unmute\" protocols to ensure a professional, noise-free environment.
- Oversee live recording capture and manage secure file delivery for post-event distribution.
Escalation & Problem Solving
- Act as the primary point of contact for participants facing technical barriers; resolve access issues instantly to minimize meeting delays.
- Resolve platform-specific glitches (audio, video, or connectivity) in real-time while the meeting is in progress.
- Identify and elevate complex technical or access issues to the global stakeholder team immediately when necessary.
Operational Support
- Conduct meticulous pre- and post-event data entry to ensure participant lists are accurate for client billing and analytics.
- Work closely with the Evercall leadership team in New York and London to align on client success and brand integrity.
- Participate in feedback loops to report technical friction points and assist in refining the Small Group Playbook.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of the department’s broader service offerings during downtime; this includes assisting with general booking, pre-production, and post-production for Operator Assisted Conference Calls (OACC) and large-scale Webinars.
