Job summary

Shoppertainment LIVE is seeking a Technical Production Manager to oversee livestream quality, studio design, and end-to-end production workflows from our Quezon City studios. You will lead a technical team, manage equipment procurement, coordinate with suppliers for payment methods, and monitor annual department expenses to keep costs in line with budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in technical production and setup.
• Proficient in OBS Studio and on-location broadcast setups.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, cameras, and audio for studio and field.
• Experience in equipment sourcing, supplier negotiations, and outsourcing.
• Proven leadership skills managing a technical team.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends.
• Background in TV networks or live events is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Creation of new SOPs when there are new development in the work process

IT

• Be the first to respond for IT-related concerns
• Coordination with Lynxlogic for any IT-related concerns
• Extraction of invoices for digital subscriptions

Internal-servicing Work

• Assisting the HR department for any organization related events that need technical assistance (Photoshoots, Employee-engagement events, board Meetings

• Skilled in researching new technologies and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
• Background in TV networks or live event production is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a technical team.
