Job summary

Equiniti Philippines is seeking a Webcast Coordinator to oversee live production of webcasts, recordings and training sessions for Notified streaming products. You will be the main contact during events and ensure client needs are met with precision.

The role requires 1–2 years in webcasting or video production, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of webcasting, video production or related content production.
• 1 year of project coordination experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written; multilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite desirable.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals.
• Basic understanding of networking and IT systems desirable.
• Video encoding and Live Streaming experience desirable.
• Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable.

Responsibilities

• Employ those workflows as appropriate for client sessions.
• Work with Webcast Managers to ensure all client requests are fulfilled.
• Use platform knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and decisively.
• Escalate problems quickly and accurately.
• Provide a high level of customer support during live webcast sessions, focusing on client needs and building rapport with speakers and client stakeholders.
• Process webcast media to client specifications after live webcasts conclude.
• Provide detailed feedback about the status of ongoing and completed events.
• Help to support configuration and other projects as needed.
• Conduct presenter rehearsals and technical checks prior to live events.
• Maintain compliance with established operational processes, procedures, and service standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university in Communications, Film, Marketing or a related field. Experience in similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
• 1-2 year of webcasting, video production or other content or creative production
• 1 year of project coordination experience is desirable
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual is a plus
• Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) desirable
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and AV peripherals
• Basic understanding of networking and IT systems desirable
• Video Encoding Experience desirable
• Knowledge/Experience of Live Streaming / On-Demand Streaming desirable

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong client-facing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting live virtual events, webinars, or webcasts.
• Familiarity with Investor Relations and Earnings-related events is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Town Hall and Live Events, Zoom Webinar, and Zoom Events is a plus.
