Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll work directly with the Head of PR to gather data that fuels outreach and media campaigns. Your research will help identify journalists, influencers, and media outlets, as well as support the development of compelling PR angles. You’ll be responsible for organizing information, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to the success of high-impact digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile lists of journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets
• Gather data from websites, social platforms, and third-party tools
• Scrape information from search engines and databases
• Identify relevant statistics and supporting evidence for PR campaigns
• Assist with ad-hoc research tasks such as trend analysis and contact verification
• Maintain organized records and deliver clean, accurate data to the PR team
