You will conduct professional consultations, build lasting relationships with members and VIPs, and drive membership sales through a consultative approach while staying informed about the latest wellness technologies.

Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven sales experience with ability to influence and close sales.
Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional service standards.
Professional, polished and presentable appearance.
Comfortable serving affluent, corporate, and high-profile clientele.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and results-driven.
Experience using CRM systems, booking platforms and WhatsApp engagement.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional wellness consultations to understand clients' health, recovery, beauty and performance goals.
Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with members and VIP guests.
Deliver personalized recommendations based on individual wellness needs.
Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and convert enquiries to memberships.
Educate clients on wellness technologies and stay updated on trends.
Maintain accurate customer records and support club operations.
Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in person.
