Job summary

Subarashii Group Corporation is seeking a full-time on-site sales specialist in Cavite to drive direct B2C sales of wellness and recovery products. You will educate clients, demonstrate equipment like saunas and recovery tech, and tailor setups to fit home lifestyles.

This role emphasizes consultative selling and building lasting customer relationships. You will prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, and contribute to monthly targets from the Bacoor office, leveraging product training and growth

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in direct sales
• Natural, confident communicator over phone and writing
• Comfortable with consultative selling—asking questions and listening
• Strong written communication for texts, Messenger, and email follow-ups
• Organized with quotations, follow-ups, and CRM logs

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via calls, texts, Messenger, and other online channels. Passionately educating clients about contrast therapy, wellness, infrared saunas, recovery etc.B2C focus.
• Walk clients through saunas, cold plunges, jacuzzis, and recovery technology by phone and chat
• Understand each client's wellness goals and recommend the right setup for their home and lifestyle
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales with a consultative, non-pushy approach
• Build long-term relationships that turn one-time buyers into loyal Oasis advocates
• Keep sales logs, quotations, and follow-ups organized and up to date from the Bacoor office
• Hit monthly sales targets while upholding the Oasis standard of premium service

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years in direct sales, ideally in gym equipment, fitness gear, home wellness, furniture, or a similarly considered-purchase category
• A natural, confident communicator who can build trust quickly over the phone and in writing
• Comfortable with consultative selling — asking questions, listening, and recommending rather than hard-selling
• Strong written communication for texts, Messenger, and email follow-ups
• Organized and reliable with quotations, follow-ups, and CRM/sales logs
• Able to work full-time from our Bacoor office

We are looking for a person who has:

• A genuine passion for wellness, recovery, fitness, or an active/healthy lifestyle — this shows up in how you talk to clients
• Experience selling gym or fitness equipment, sports/recovery tech, or similar big-ticket lifestyle products
• Familiarity with sauna, cold plunge, or recovery culture (even as a personal enthusiast)
