Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and anticipating their needs.
• Coordinate and manage property bookings from initial request through confirmation.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences.
• Research and present alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers.
• Set up, manage, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — to promote properties and drive bookings.
• Run social media campaigns to reach new audiences and drive traffic outside of traditional booking channels.
• Respond to comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms promptly.
• Handle sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism, discretion.
