Responsibilities

• Give first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and reading their needs ahead of time.
• Coordinate and run property bookings from first request through to confirmation.
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences.
• Research and set out alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available.
• Build and hold professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers.
• Set up, run, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram.
• Produce and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — that promotes properties and drives bookings.
• Run social media campaigns that reach new audiences and pull traffic outside traditional booking channels.
• Answer comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms promptly.
• Treat sensitive client information with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
