Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Offer first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and anticipating their needs
• Coordinate and manage property bookings from first request through confirmation
• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences
• Research and propose alternative options when a requested service or booking isn’t available
• Build and nurture professional relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers
• Set up, manage, and grow dedicated social media pages for individual properties across Facebook and Instagram
• Create and schedule branded content — photos, posts, and captions — to promote properties and drive bookings
• Run social media campaigns to reach new audiences and bring in traffic beyond traditional booking channels
• Reply to comments, inquiries, and direct messages across social media platforms promptly
• Handle sensitive client information with utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer first-class concierge support to high-value clients and guests, answering questions and anticipating their needs

• Coordinate and manage property bookings from first request through confirmation

• Arrange reservations for restaurants, golf, excursions, and other premium guest experiences

• Research and put forward alternative options when a requested service or booking isn't available

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Able to handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, real estate, or another premium-service industry

• Familiarity with TikTok and short-form content creation
