Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll.
• Knowledge of country-specific legislation and tasks.
• Ability to support data management and customer service activities

Responsibilities

• Independently process Vietnam payroll End to End to ensure delivery per calendar and KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End Reporting to the calendar and KPIs.
• Advise clients on payroll queries using country-specific knowledge.
• Transfer knowledge to Apprentices and Associates on data management or customer service.
• Ensure tickets and calls are responded to within SLA and high standards.
• Support system maintenance testing and liaise with third parties.
