Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Senior Associate to lead Vietnam payroll end-to-end, ensuring delivery per the processing calendar and KPIs. You’ll apply payroll expertise and stay current on Vietnam-specific legislation while supporting data management and customer service activities.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in Accounting or HR, 2–3 years payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate settings, proficiency in Workday/SAP/PeopleSoft, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English plus native

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years payroll or health & welfare benefits experience in HR outsourcing or corporate.
• HRIS knowledge in Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills; detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Fluent Vietnamese and excellent English skills; team-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Independently process Vietnam payroll End to End to meet calendars and KPIs.
• Support statutory and Year End reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise on client queries and country-specific legislation.
• Mentor Apprentices/Associates on Data Management or Customer Service.
• Ensure Tickets/Calls are replied to within SLA with high quality.
• Support system maintenance testing and collaborate with third parties.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and maintain DWIs.
• Protect sensitive information and adhere to Strada security standards.
