Responsibilities

• Monitor all hotel CCTV cameras on a 24 by 7 schedule.
• Identify security incidents, safety risks, and system issues in real time.
• Raise alerts and issues to the hotel management team without delay.
• Coordinate with on-site security and hotel staff during incidents.
• Produce daily monitoring reports with clear observations and timestamps.
• Prepare detailed incident reports following security protocols.
• Check camera functionality during shifts.
• Escalate camera outages, blind spots, or system faults as required.
• Follow data privacy, security, and access control policies at all times.
