StemWave is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our fast-growing creative team in a full-time remote role. You’ll craft dynamic video content for digital advertising, social media, and brand storytelling, blending strong editing craft with an AI‑enhanced workflow.

You’ll work with extensive assets, push StemWave’s visual identity forward, and maintain high output without sacrificing quality, aiming for 4–7 completed edits per week.

Qualifications

• Professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid motion graphics and design skills.
• Deep understanding of sound design and its impact on edits.
• Experience editing for digital and social platforms.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in editing workflows.
• Curiosity about emerging creative technology and independent tool testing.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video content for paid digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Branding to create polished video content for websites and social channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve the video production pipeline through AI and automation.
• Research, test, and implement new tools and workflows to reduce repetitive work.
• Share new tools and workflows with the creative team to boost efficiency.
• Maintain a high output (4–7 completed edits per week) while upholding creative standards.
