Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Team Manager in Customer Service or Back Office
• Strong initiative, accountability, and self-motivation
• Ability to build a productive and highly engaged work environment

Responsibilities

• Video post-production support and asset/interstitial integration
• Video asset migration and validation
• Social media video editing for Facebook and Snapchat
• Adbreak implementation based on duration and monetization rules
• Content operations support including processing and workflow tasks
• Lead generation support for sales pipeline development
