POSITION: VP FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

SALARY & BENEFITS: 250K to 350K per month, 13th & 14th month bonuses, plus other benefits

JOB LOCATION: Cavite, South Luzon

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Vice President for Human Resources will lead the overall HR strategy and operations of the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, and labor relations programs. The role will serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, driving a high-performance culture and supporting the company's growth objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Strong background in different facets of human resources
• Must have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive HR role.
• Must have experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector
• Must have experience in a Multinational Company (MNC)
• Strong leadership capacity, strategic mindset, and high executive presence
• P roven experience advising and working directly with the President and top C‑suite key stakeholders
• Possess proven capability to strategize on HR / organizational transformation
• Highly articulate; confident speaking in large meetings, town halls, and company‑wide presentations
