PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Vice President to oversee a portfolio of hedge fund clients and lead fund administration operations. The role focuses on end-to-end NAV production, overseeing calculations, statements, and fund transactions while acting as a senior escalation point for client issues and year-end requirements.

The VP will manage audits, regulatory deliverables, and performance metrics, while steering onboarding, launches, migrations, and staffing planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably hedge funds or fund administration.
• 6+ years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fund administration and NAV processes.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end hedge fund administration and NAV production for complex fund structures.
• Review and approve NAV calculations, financial statements, payments, and fund transactions.
• Senior escalation point for client issues, operational concerns, and year-end requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end hedge fund administration and NAV production for complex fund structures.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of fund administration and NAV processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
