Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the Real Assets Fund Accounting team in the Metro Manila region. This senior role requires overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and client relationships for real estate and private equity fund clients.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in accounting, CPA certification, and strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, with 6+ years of people management. Expertise in Yardi/MRI/Investran is a plus, and Excel mastery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Professional accounting certification required.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, asset management, or fund administration.
• 6+ years of people management/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with real estate and private equity fund accounting.
• Knowledge of fair value reporting for real estate investments and debt instruments.
• Strong financial statement and general ledger review experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, Investran, or similar fund accounting systems is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
