Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in client onboarding, vendor registration, client operations or similar B2B operational environment.
• Familiarity with client procure-to-pay and transaction platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, LegalTracker, Oracle or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor vetting cases from initial request through completion, ensuring required steps, documentation and approvals are followed.
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to request information, clarify requirements, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Review and validate required vetting documentation including corporate and legal entity information, tax and banking details, insurance certificates, and screening outputs.
• Maintain complete subcontractor vetting records in GAN and central trackers, including status, risk category, dates and outcomes.
• Monitor expiry and re-vetting requirements and coordinate follow-up activities to keep records current.
• Escalate adverse findings or complex cases to Team Lead or Legal/Compliance for review.
• Maintain audit trails and supporting evidence for each vetting case and assist in reporting on vetting volumes and timelines.
