Job summary

Petsure Services Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Claims Assessor (VCA) to lodge, assess, and finalize pet insurance claims for Australian and New Zealand partners.

The role requires a Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and at least 2 years in small animal medicine, with potential claims-processing experience. Initial onsite work at Giga Tower in Manila will be required for the first 3 months, with possible hybrid arrangements thereafter.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with veterinary license.
• 2 years of experience in small animal medicine (dogs/cats).
• Nice to have: claims processing/adjudication experience in BPO or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Process and finalize pet insurance claims within delegated authority with accuracy and efficiency.
• Review veterinary history, symptoms and diagnosis to determine coverage applicability.
• Attach claim documents to policy and lodge claims correctly.
• Liaise with veterinary clinics to obtain needed information and clarify cases.
• Meet KPIs and manage day-to-day workload effectively; support trainees.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Take ownership of ageing claims and escalate as needed.
