Qualifications
- High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Graduate.
- Experience in building/property maintenance preferred.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, or air-conditioning.
- TESDA NC II or related certification is an advantage.
- Willing to perform hands-on work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building and property maintenance
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry, painting, masonry, and minor civil works
- Basic air-conditioning troubleshooting and maintenance
- Repair doors, locks, fixtures, and other building facilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Assist technicians and contractors when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
