Pax8, Inc. is hiring a Vendor Product Specialist (Tech Business Analyst) for our Makati, Philippines office. The role focuses on building strong vendor relationships and driving seamless integration into the Pax8 ecosystem.

You will own operational, technical, and order-to-cash processes with vendors, ensuring efficiency and collaboration across teams. The position is on-site in Makati for the first 6 months, with a potential hybrid option (up to 2 days work from home) thereafter, depending on

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in project management, operations, business analysis, or vendor management.
• 2+ years of meeting facilitation experience.
• Experience with API integrations (preferred).
• Familiarity with Wrike, Jira, Asana and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency and precision.
• Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CompTIA Project+ are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead product addition/update projects (pricing, API integrations, training, etc.).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor operational issues post-onboarding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Support, Sales, and more.
• Provide updates on vendor projects during weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Launch team to ensure smooth onboardings.
