Pax8 Philippines Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Operations and Vendor Management to lead vendor partnerships and scale Pax8’s marketplace. You will guide onboarding of new products and drive collaboration across engineering, finance, sales, and support.

You will translate business needs into clear requirements, optimize processes for efficiency, and act as an escalation point for vendor challenges in a fast-growing, AI-enabled operations environment.

• Experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives across engineering, finance, sales and support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments
• Extensive background managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Experience working with cloud vendors or ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Adobe
• Familiarity with project and process methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or similar frameworks
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
