Job summary

Pax8 in Makati, Philippines, is hiring a Vendor Product Specialist (Tech Business Analyst) to own vendor relationships and streamline operations within Pax8's ecosystem. You will manage onboarding, pricing, API integrations, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Support, and Sales.

Based in Pax8 APAC, the role starts on-site for six months in the Manila office with a hybrid option after.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, operations, business analysis, or vendor management.
• 2+ years of meeting facilitation experience.
• Experience with API integrations (preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency and precision.
• Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CompTIA Project+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead product addition/update projects (pricing, API integrations, training, etc.).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor operational issues post-onboarding.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Support, Sales, and more.
• Provide updates on vendor projects during weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate with the Vendor Launch team to ensure smooth onboardings.
