Pax8 is hiring a Vendor Product Specialist (Tech Business Analyst) to join our Makati team. You will own vendor operational, technical, and order-to-cash processes, drive efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve integration into the Pax8 ecosystem.

You’ll lead product addition/update projects, serve as escalation point, and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Support, and Sales. This role is based on-site in Makati with potential hybrid flexibility after initial period.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in project management, operations, business analysis or vendor management.
• 2+ years of meeting facilitation experience.
• API integrations (preferred) and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead product addition/update projects (pricing, API integrations, training, etc.).
• Escalation point for vendor operational issues post-onboarding.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Support, Sales and more.
• Provide updates on vendor projects during weekly cross-functional meetings.
• Coordinate with Vendor Launch team for smooth onboardings.
