Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a Vendor Specialist to manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle for marketing, events, and OOH services. You will source, evaluate, and accredit vendors while ensuring compliance with policies, contracts, and ethical procurement standards.

You will lead contract reviews, manage pricing terms, and monitor performance and payments. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or contract administration, preferably in marketing or media.
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, contract management, and compliance standards.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Vendor accreditation, sourcing and evaluation for marketing, branding, OOH, and related services.
• Procurement and contract management, including canvassing, bid evaluations, and term reviews.
• Ensure pricing, payment terms, discounts, penalties, and escalation clauses align with policy.
• Maintain IP rights, advertising placements, exclusivity, and termination terms in contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance for risk assessments and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain centralized contract repository with renewals and obligations.
• Vendor relationship management as primary liaison and issue resolution.
• Monitor invoices, gather proof of service, and track performance vs KPIs.
• Provide regular updates on risks, opportunities, and vendor performance.
