Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience; gaming, IT, or entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and ERP or procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers domestically and internationally to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and terms of agreement.
• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, proper authorization and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze inventory needs and work toward minimizing excess stock while meeting demand.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain comprehensive records of purchase, pricing, and supplier information.
• Prepare reports and present findings to the management team.
• Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications and coordinate with quality control teams to address issues.
