Job summary

Thunes Ltd in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Vendor Manager to own onboarding, daily operations, and performance tracking for supplier relationships. You will drive end-to-end onboarding, conduct pre-screening, and support contract finalization under guidance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in procurement or vendor management, with strong communication, negotiation, and cost-conscious mindset. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on vendor management, procurement, or supply chain coordination experience.
• Experience managing external partners and internal stakeholders with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding and integrity: manage end-to-end onboarding, background checks, data collection and audits.
• Relationship management: be the primary contact for suppliers and internal teams, resolve disputes and queries.
• Performance tracking and compliance: monitor KPIs/SLAs, manage renewals and contract updates.
• Contract support & market research: assist in pricing, negotiations, and vendor scouting.
