Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding workflows using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Content, QC, and Operations teams for smooth onboarding.
• Oversee catalog onboarding, including image and product uploads per quality guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing and managing inbound leads to support top-of-funnel efficiency.
• Record onboarding progress and key updates in CRM tools accurately.
• Identify bottlenecks to refine and improve the partner onboarding journey.
