Lead the end-to-end vendor accreditation process, strategic sourcing, and supplier performance management to maintain a robust, reliable vendor network for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance: Enforce and lead the vendor accreditation process in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Strategic Sourcing: Manage sourcing activities for required equipment, goods, and service providers across operations.
• Vendor Pool Development: Continuously acquire, evaluate, and onboard high-performing vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Requirement Evaluation: Lead due diligence and review prospective vendor credentials, legal compliance, and operational capabilities.
• Performance Management: Monitor and audit ongoing vendor performance to ensure contract compliance, quality, and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Vendor Accreditation, Vendor Management, or Procurement (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in SAP (filings, vendor master data, documentation) and MS Office applications.
• Core Skills: Strong project management, analytical thinking, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
